Production Time (Turnaround)

All our products are decorated, printed, and processed to order. Standard processing and production time takes 3 to 5 business days before shipment. For large corporate orders, production times will be specified in your custom invoice.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship all orders within the United States using reliable logistics networks and standard carriers (including USPS, UPS, and FedEx).

• Standard Shipping: For orders under $75, a standard flat rate shipping charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days in transit once fulfilled.
• Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States.

Delivery Information

Please note that we do not offer local pickup at a physical storefront. All orders are delivered directly to the shipping address provided at checkout, or to a designated carrier pickup location if arranged through the tracking link. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered accurately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Bounce Print House LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as “Delivered.” Once the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) confirms drop-off at the address provided, Bounce Capsules is released from all liability. Please ensure your shipping address is safe and accurate.
