Custom and Printed Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales for custom prints, streetwear blanks with custom designs, and customized merchandise are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or design choices made by the customer.

Artwork & Design Requirements

By submitting any artwork, logo, or design to Bounce Print House LLC, you certify that you own the rights to use this image. We do not print copyrighted or trademarked material without official authorization.

Image Quality & Production Guidelines

Customers are responsible for providing high-resolution files (300 DPI, vector format, or high-quality PNG). Bounce Print House LLC is not responsible for blurry or pixelated prints resulting from low-quality files provided by the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@bounceprinthouseny.com with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by replacing the item or issuing a store credit. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement for damaged goods.

Limited-Edition Blank Garments

For non-customized, blank retail apparel garments purchased under Bounce Capsules, items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery only if they are completely unworn, unwashed, and remain in their original packaging with tags intact. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
